- 1 (13oz) package of chicken or turkey cajun-style sausage (sliced)
- 1 large bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and onion; sauté until softened.
