  • 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
  • 1 Boursin cheese round (garlic & fine herbs flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pat salmon dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon in the baking dish skin-side down (if applicable) and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for two minutes before serving with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
